Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.

Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in original packaging, unless hygiene regulations allow otherwise.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product is received.

Exclusions
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after unsealing (e.g., intimate products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
